「メモスプラウト」（以下、「当アプリ」）および関連アプリ群（以下「関連アプリ」と総称します）は、りふどん（以下、「当方」）により提供されています。当方は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報を適切に取り扱います。本ポリシーでは、当アプリおよび関連アプリ、Webサービスにおける個人情報の取り扱いについてご説明します。

"MemoSprout" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") and related applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Related Apps") are provided by RifuDone (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We respect users' privacy and handle personal information appropriately. This policy explains how personal information is handled in this App, Related Apps, and web services.

3. Gemini API による画像解析

3. Image Analysis via Gemini API

ユーザーが指定した画像は当方のバックエンドサーバを経由して Google の Gemini API に送信され、テキスト抽出後、当サーバ上の画像データは直ちに削除されます。顔写真や機密情報などの個人情報を含む画像のアップロードはお控えください。当方はアップロード画像に含まれる情報について一切責任を負いません。

Images specified by users are sent to Google's Gemini API via our backend server for text extraction. Image data on our server is immediately deleted after processing. Please refrain from uploading images that contain personal information such as facial photos or confidential data. We take no responsibility for any information contained in uploaded images.

当方が提供する「HabitHubアカウント」により、ユーザー情報は当アプリと関連アプリ間で共有されます。共有される情報には以下が含まれます：

アカウント作成日、ログイン履歴

当アプリは、個人情報の漏洩・滅失・毀損などを防止するため、合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、ユーザーがアップロードする画像に意図せず個人情報が含まれていた場合、その情報に対する当社の安全管理義務は適用されません。ユーザーは、ご自身の責任において、個人情報を含む画像をアップロードしないようお願いいたします。

This App implements reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. However, if personal information is unintentionally included in images uploaded by users, our security management obligations for such information do not apply. Users are requested to refrain from uploading images containing personal information at their own responsibility.
